Swifties may be proud of how well they know Taylor Swift's songs, but can they identify the song from the opening few seconds? If you're up to the task, this new edition of Heardle is suited for you. TayHeardle is a musical game in which the player has six opportunities to predict the title of a Taylor Swift song based on a few seconds of the song.
How to play the TayHeardle game?
This new version was inspired by games like One Direction Heardle, Harry Styles Heardle, and BTS Heardle. If you are unfamiliar with TayHeardle, it is similar to Wordle but with music. It adheres to the same basic guidelines. A player receives six chances to guess the song of the day, beginning with a one-second sample of each song.
With each incorrect guess, you can hear an additional second of the song to help you identify it. The duration of the clips increases with each attempt, from one second to two seconds (+1), four seconds (+2), seven seconds (+3), 11 seconds (+4), and 16 seconds (+5).
In this edition, the "Skip" button is also available. By jumping to the next second of the song, you avoid wasting time guessing. Typically, the game uses snippets from the beginning of the song, but you can alternatively choose from any other segment. If your location does not support SoundCloud, you will not be able to listen to any of the singles in the game.
Simply enter the song's title, and the game will provide a list of titles that fit. As with every previous Wordle spinoff, the game resets for each player's timezone at midnight each day. You will not be able to guess the following music until the following day.
For individuals who do not believe they can recognise a song within a few seconds, there is a Wordle variation called Taylordle designed to test their Taylor Swift expertise. Every day, there is a five-letter word, and swifties have six opportunities to guess it. Check out TayHeardle and Taylordle to determine your Taylor Swift knowledge.
