Word Rodeo is a game that challenges your vocabulary and logic skills by asking you to guess a secret word in six tries or less. The game is available online in English or other languages.
How to play Word Rodeo
Word Rodeo is easy to play, but hard to master. You start by choosing a secret word between 3 and 15 letters long and adding hints and messages for your solvers. You can also choose the color scheme and the difficulty level of your puzzle. The game will then generate a unique link that you can share with your friends or on social media.
Your friends can click on the link and try to solve your puzzle. They will type a word of the same length as the secret word and press enter. The game will then give them feedback on how close they are to the correct word. There are three possible outcomes:
• A green square means that the letter is in the right position.
• A yellow circle means that the letter is in the word, but not in the right position.
• A gray cross means that the letter is not in the word.
For example, if the word is pasta and they type plate, they will see a green square for the p, a yellow circle for the a, and two gray crosses for the l and the e.
They can use this feedback to narrow down their options and try another word. They have six tries to guess the word. If they succeed, they will see your congratulatory message and a button to play again. If they fail, they will see your taunting message and a button to try again.
